Tyler Tribby,
Vice President

Senior Loan Originator,
Unify Home Lending

I was born and raised right here in Rapid City. Along with my wife and two chihuahua mutts, we love to call the Black Hills our home. I have been a loan officer for over 17 years and have not been out of Rapid City more than 13 nights in a row in my life. Through my time in the mortgage industry, I have become an expert in the homebuying and refinancing process. Unlike my golf game, my mortgage knowledge is top notch. I enjoy mid-level red wines and high-end bourbon. Exceeding customer expectations are not the exception, but the rule. According to my wife, my dancing skills are below average, but my ability to guide clients through the homebuying process are second to none. I’m currently involved in many Boards serving this area including: board member of Black Hills Badges for Hope, Vice President of Aspen Federal Credit Union, and Secretary of The Black Hills Home Builder Association.

Laci Sosa, Secretary

President, SoDak Title, Rapid City, SD

Laci has 13 years of experience in the mortgage industry and is now President of SoDak Title Company in Rapid City. With a background in Sociology and Theater from South Dakota State University, she found her passion in helping people achieve homeownership. After working as a mortgage loan processor and originator, she transitioned to title services, where she enjoys building relationships with lenders, realtors, builders, and clients.

Laci is actively involved in her community, serving on several boards, including the Miss Rapid City Scholarship program. She is engaged to Lieutenant Tony Hudson of the Rapid City Fire Department and is a proud mother of two, Gavin and Shayla.

Wendy Clark, Treasurer

SD Association for Mortgage Professionals

Wendy has been employed with Dacotah Bank for 21 years, the last 14 years as a mortgage banker.  She is passionate about first-time homebuyers and providing the best products to suit their needs.  Wendy is a proud grandmother of three and spends her free time with family and friends.
